On this interactive tour, guests will enjoy an evening program in the ballroom led by a modern Edgar Allan Poe. He has returned to visit his muse’s childhood haunt. After the presentation, guests will be invited into the wine cellar to hear excerpts from one of Poe’s works and enjoy libations by candlelight.
Guests will enjoy an evening program led by Edgar Allan Poe himself in the Hammond-Harwood House grand ballroom. After the program guests retire to the wine cellar to hear excerpts of Poe’s The Cask of Amontillado and enjoy wine by candlelight.
*Please note that there will be a 45 minute seated presentation on the second floor ballroom, so you must be comfortable with stairs.
